The weekly Thursday night NCCC Sprint Ladder competition relies on the 3830
score reports and the subsequent Dink summaries for score compilation.

Last Thursday night a break in the link between www.hornucopia.com and 3830
was immediately reported on our NS Ladder reflector.  Bruce responded
rapidly, professionally, and fixed the problem in a timely manner.  Most
importantly, the extra time Bruce put into the project avoided the need to
re-submit score reports.
