[CQ-Contest] Question: Serial Numbers for WPX?

I'm planning/hoping to host/operate a Multi-One Single transmitter 
station for this weekend's contest.

Did I read the rules correctly that the serial number in the exchange 
for _each band _starts at 001?, resulting in each band having its own, 
unique, consecutive serial numbers?
