[CQ-Contest] NS Contest Module for WriteLog

Thanks to Pat, K0PC, for creating a custom NS contest module for WriteLog!
It is not available on the WriteLog web page on the NCCC Sprint web site,
www.ncccsprint.com/writelog.htm.

There are specific web pages on the site for other contest loggers as well.
Please review the ones you are familiar with and let me know any errors or
enhancements.
