[CQ-Contest] What Happened on 10 Meters?

Hi Maarten,

What you have overlooked is that states are not multipliers in the CQWW 
contest, only zones and countries. So the continental US has 4 mults: 
the US country mult, zone 3, zone 4 and zone 5.
