[CQ-Contest] Unclaimed 160 records

     In working on the records for the ARRL 160 Meter Contest, I notice that 
several section records remain unclaimed:

Single-operator QRP records are unclaimed in:
  Vermont
  Puerto Rico
  US Virgin Islands
  Quebec
  Manitoba
  Northern Territories (NWT/Yukon/Nunavut)

Single-operator Low Power records are unclaimed in:
  Northern Territories (NWT/Yukon/Nunavut)

Single-operator High Power records are unclaimed in:
  Northern New York

Multi-Single records are unclaimed in:
  Puerto Rico
  West Texas
  Manitoba
  Saskatchewan

     On the DX side, there are also several unclaimed continental records.  
There have only been SOHP entries from Africa to date, so the SOQP, SOLP,
and M/S records for Africa are all available.  SOQP records remain 
unclaimed for Oceania (not including KH stations) and South America.

     If you know someone in these places who might otherwise not give the
contest a try, encourage them to go for a new record!
