[CQ-Contest] Self-spotting? NEVER!

It's never acceptable to self-spot during a contest, regardless of
category.  If you are an operator at that station, don't use your
personal call to spot the station callsign.  If the rules don't say
all of this this explicitly, they should.  Self-spotting is wrong,
plain and simple.  No exceptions.
