[CQ-Contest] Mongolian DX Contest

The JT boys asked that I pass along information regarding the 2nd running of the Mongolian DX Contest November 21 for 24 hours beginning at 00:00 UTC.  The later half of the contest does conflict with SS SSB for those of us in the states but frankly it's difficult to find a weekend that doesn't have some overlap.  Use it as an opportunity to get the cobwebs out of your station before the start of SS.  A complete set of rules can be found at:
