[CQ-Contest] NCCC Thursday Night Practice, Sept. 25

This week, we'll use the NS CW format on Thursday, Sept. 24 local 
date in North America;  Sept. 25,  UTC.

30 minutes starting at 0230Z, and three bands; 80, 40, 20m!

  NCCC SPRINT RULES:  NO DUPES on same band, 100 WATTS max,  MULTS 
COUNT ON EACH BAND

At the same time there will be a warm-up for the CQWW RTTY 
contest.  Earlier on Thursday at 22Z, another RTTY practice.
