[CQ-Contest] 2009 Sweepstakes Stuff

Hi folks-

The results article for the 2009 CW Sweepstakes is now online at our
temporary server, http://aptos.arrl.org/contests.

When the new ARRL site finally comes online, I'll have the scores
database and LCR's uploaded ASAP.

Sweepstakes mugs and pins began shipping on Monday.
