I publically congratulate CQ WPX Contest Director Randy Thompson, K5ZD
and every person in the management group for having gone back to the
path of taking care of the rules.
Specialy in the Club Competition category, having observed that there
are clubs and groups that, back in the CQ WPX CW 2009, had not complied
with the XI rule that limits the competitors to a radius of 275km.
The observations are incomplete, but I really want to state that it is a
very good starting point for regaining the lost credibility to the
contest and it will serve as an incentive for making more radio amateurs
going back to the international contests.
Congratulations Randy and everyone in the Contest Committee group of the
contest of WPX, please stay in the good road.
