It will deliver potential users a comfortable excuse when still not finding
ALL necessary stations: It then will have nothing to do with individual
skill anymore of effectively tuning the bands but with a still
"misconfigured" software filter - requiring even more hours to imitate a
NSA-like input-management system. But given humble experience from media
that won´t cure information overload-syndrome and its symptoms. Maybe after
some years of dealing with it there will again rise a need for something
more skill-based. Of course a minority position but aren´t they necessary,
too?

In the meantime I´m a bit sorry for the guy who launches an innocent CQ
(perhaps even outside the contest) as "fresh meat" sunday evening. Will he
be able to convince the pileup that he is out for a ragchew?
