[CQ-Contest] Unwanted callers and QSL cards

Sorry, but I have a real problem with that opinion. I don't see why I
have any obligation to a guy who is rude enough to decide that his
desire for a contact with me is more important than my desire to score
well in a contest in spite of my clear request to the contrary. If I
work him to get on with the contest, that's my business and it has
nothing to do with whether I decide to send him a card or not. I send
cards to those hams who made a "context-friendly" QSO with me (which
includes those who have obviously waited for a dead space to call me),
not those who merely tried to abuse the situation for their own selfish
purposes.
