Technology is going to continue to move forward, people are not going to 
stop innovating just because some people don't like new things or 
change. Imagine where we would all be if the major innovators in 
computing decided not to pursue building bigger, faster computers? You 
certainly wouldn't have this lovely mailing list to complain about new 
"skimmers".
