Give them away anytime somebody asks for them.
Some "serious" stations run 100W only and don´t expect high qso counts.
For them the QTCs are even more valuable.
Keeping them until late in the contest might coincidence with loss of dx
propagation and no chance to give away qtcs anymore

This weekend we start the 56th season of the famous Worked All Europe DX
Contest with the CW part. I'd like to invite everyone, even if time perhaps

it is actually all about, isn't it?
