[CQ-Contest] WriteLog and Skimmer telnet.reversebeacon.net

WriteLog allows only 20 characters for the url for the telnet connection,
so using telnet.reversebeacon.net is not possible as that url is too long,
but you can (from a DOS prompt) 
  PING telnet.reversebeacon.net 
and find that the IP address (today) is 
  72.167.254.168 
and that works just fine as the url with WriteLog with port 7000.
