DC as a mult in NAQP....why?

A better question might be "Why not?"

Please offer compelling arguments as to why this would be a bad thing for NAQP?

But.....

 - Spare us the "records would be destroyed" argument.  Adding DC to the mix would have no more of an effect on any current record than if someone showed up in the contest from KP1.

 - Spare us the "where do we stop" argument.  No one is looking to expand it to every governmental division in every North American country.  (Belize doesn't have states but it does have districts....)
