[CQ-Contest] Friday night NA Sprint practice, SSB

NCCC will sponsor a practice session for the SSB North American Sprint,
on Friday night in NA, 0230-03Z, Feb. 13 .  (630 PM PST, etc)

Observe the real Sprint rules:  20/40/80m, choice of power, mults 
count once.....
Use this event to warm up for the real thing on Saturday.
Test your voice keyers!

Reminder:  NS Ladder CW continues on Thursday nite, 0230-0300Z, Feb. 12.
Before that, 0200-0220Z, Slow NS CW will be held.
