Unless I'm missing something,  is this only going to be a single op 
class contest?

I don't see the possibility of a multi op class?  It would be nice to 
have a group effort of beginners.

Like a bunch of Elmers and a group of "Rookies" team together and go for 
it all together.  Of course only the Rookies actually operate, but the 
elmers are there to help them all do it.

Does a newly formed club, and it's own call count as a "Rookie"?
