[CQ-Contest] Cut Number "J" - ASSISTED or MULTI?

Right, so everyone that is a member of the reflector that is operating this
weekend is now assisted because we discussed a weird report that some
station was sending.  So there should be a big upsurge in the
assisted/multi-op category entries!
