[CQ-Contest] What Do You Do about US Stations Calling US in ARRL DX?

And along the same path .....
How about the DX stations who call DX stations in ARRL DX Contest?
We had a couple dozen.  Some got logged with DX as the state and
some are blank (forced the QSO).
Do we need to remove them?
