[CQ-Contest] NAQP Reminder

Here's a couple of reminders about last weekend's NAQP CW contest and the upcoming NAQP SSB contest this weekend:

1) Logs are due 14 days after the contest, not 30. I still receive late submissions from those who haven't read the rules in 5 years.

2) If you're a manager of an NAQP team, make sure that your potential team members agree to be on the team you're organizing before registering the team. We've had a couple of incidences lately, where entrants have disputed which team they were a member of, or whether they were a member at all.
