[CQ-Contest] Fw: failure notice

I am trying to send my log to the WRTC before the end of 6 hours after the 
end of the contest.  I have sent it to logs at wrtc2010.ru 3 times and each 
time I get back the following e-mail.  Is anybody else having a similar 
problem?
