[CQ-Contest] Assisted or multi op.?

Well the IARU test has some unique rules.

#1 the single op-assisted class being absent.
#2 a multi-single handicap rule that is archane by not allowing a different 
station to chase mults.
#3 HQ monster competition

Its still a fun contest.
