[CQ-Contest] NCCC Thursday Sprint Practice, July 16 UTC - 15, 20, 40m, dupes OK, low power

After some debate on NCCC-Blue, here's the format for this weeks NS practice:

Thursday, July 15, local time, July 16, UTC, 0230-0300Z.

NS will be on  15, 20, and 40m   (+38 to +44)
NCCC SPRINT RULES modified to:   DUPES OK, with ONE intervening 
QSOs.  100 WATTS max, mults count on each band as usual.

The SLOW SPEED CW NS practice continues on Thursday,  0200-0220Z:
