[CQ-Contest] List of WRTC stations / Results /Overspotting, and its impact

Skimmers will be the standard tool at the time WRTC 2014 will take place,
but the good thing about skimmers is that anyone can use them, and skimmers
do not miss any calls... so this is a much more fair system than the
clusters we today use. The cheerleading will be a memory of the past ;)
