[CQ-Contest] WRTC 2010 page on Contesting Compendium

Although I've been out of the Contesting Compendium loop for some time 
now, I couldn't resist creating a WRTC 2010 page with sub-titles for War 
Stories and Technical Secrets.  I've forgotten how to link a new page 
into the Table of Contents, but for now, see 
<http://wiki.contesting.com/index.php/WRTC_2010>  I've primed the pump a 
little, but this really depends on participants.  I'd happily add more 
sub-titles or help people post there - just e-mail me off-reflector.
