[CQ-Contest] List of WRTC stations / Results /Overspotting and future WRTCs

Run the next WRTC from Heard Island or North Korea.  Then the pileups will be continuous for each time regardless of spots.  Or maybe Scarbourough Reef-no wait, that's only enough space for  1 WRTC team!
