[CQ-Contest] Spots and Success in the WRTC - a little data for discussion

Bob's first idea could certainly affect the RBN numbers.

I am doing some research into my info on the validation process, to 
learn what minimum number of repetitions, of either the callsign or a 
keyword such as CQ, TEST or QRZ, could cause a call not to be spotted.  
This experience may just have turned up something that could improve CW 
Skimmer and the RBN's utility for contesters.
