[CQ-Contest] IARU 2009 and 2010 and ????

Remi, it's no big deal, just everybody should equalize friend-spotting to 
self-spotting (and cease doing that), and stop advertising camapaingns "help 
your country HQ by giving points" - which is non-sportmanship by any means, 
IMHO. The more categories in Contest, the better ;)
