[CQ-Contest] GetScores Down?

Ryan,
   I know they have been working on a major upgrade and that it has been
down. K1TTT said it was supposed to be up for the WPX. First time in about 4
years that during a supported contest that I have not been able to use
GetScores.

It's probably not down just under heavy load.  Happens pretty much
every major contest.
