[CQ-Contest] Something we need to remember

actually... any REAL ham would easily find a clear frequency during any
contest.  its only those who are using xtal controlled receivers who have
problems.  a REAL emergency net would take advantage of a contest weekend to
move their net to their backup frequency/mode(they do have one don't they?)
on one of the warc bands or on a non-contest mode.
