[CQ-Contest] Foot switch recommendations

Wow, thanks for all the replies guys. Plenty of info to digest. I
really appreciate it!

I was looking at musicians' foot pedals which might seem to fit the
bill.  I work near to Sam Ash music in NYC so I might drop in and see
what they have.
