[CQ-Contest] Use of CW decoders in contests - a contrarian	opinion

It's really quite simple, isn't it.
Whatever TECHNOLOGY that you use INSIDE your station during the contest 
period should be allowed in the "unassisted" category.  This specifically 
would allow decoders, "panoramic scopes", LOCAL skimmer-like technology, 
etc.
Any "contact hints" or other INFORMATION gathered or compiled by other 
operators OUTSIDE your station (during or before the contest) should place 
your entry in the "assisted" (or "unlimited") category.  This includes 
spotting nets and clusters, OUTSIDE skimmers, and compiled databases such as 
"super check partial".
