[CQ-Contest] Use of CW decoders in contests - NO, IT IS NOT "SIMPLE"

Doug,

I've composed a half dozen public responses to your public scolding, and
discarded them all after counting to ten.

Since I'm not an official of any Radiosport contest, I find no requirement
to include a disclaimer on any message that I send on this reflector.
Obviously all of my messages are personal opinion, and not official
interpretations or declarations of the rules.

"We pass the word around; we ponder how the case is
put by different people, we read the poetry; we
meditate over the literature; we play the music; we
change our minds; we reach an understanding. Society
evolves this way, not by shouting each other down,
but by the unique capacity of unique, individual
human beings to comprehend each other."
