[CQ-Contest] Getting to the British Virgin Islands

Conclusion:

We found a flight from Dulles to St. Thomas and we will catch the ferry 
to Tortola.  There are plenty of flights out of San Juan to Tortola.

I was surprised that there so few or no non stops from places like 
Miami, Atlanta or Houston to St. Thomas.
