9Y4W> of the CQWW SSB contest.

Thank you, Andy, for reminding us that disaster communications is one of the 
things which Amateur Radio is chartered "to do for a living".  Contesting is 
all good fun, but like a motorist out for a Sunday drive, we should pull 
aside and let the ambulances use our RF highways when the need arises.

When governments lose confidence in the ability (or willingness) of Amateurs 
to provide support in emergencies, then our "highways" may be confiscated 
for more productive uses.
