[CQ-Contest] Conditions this weekend

That's for sure... don't give up on 15 and 10m this weekend.  Last month we
worked 45 countries and 17 zones on 10m.  For a while Saturday evening I had
the rate meter over 100/hr doing s&p working south America.  15m was almost
as good as 20m here, we had 1282 qso's on 15m with 132 countries and 32
zones, just a little behind our 20m totals.  From dx areas tune up from the
bottom of the band and look for the beacons from here, k3lr, k1lz, w3lpl,
kc1xx and other multi ops... we will be there cqing starting about sunrise
and going until we run out of propagation after dark.
