Sometimes I think the thing to do would be to work them and not even ask for
a callsign, just not log anything on my end. If enough of us did that and
sent in logs, they might get the idea (probably not). Now if I don't hear an
ID in 2-3 Qs I just move on. I have better things to do than wait and I
don't use the cluster even if it is allowed.
