[CQ-Contest] Real time scores this weekend

Another big weekend for real time scores!  The following contests are set up
and ready to run:

Makrothen RTTY
Oceania DX CW
SAC SSB
AZ QSO Party
PA QSO Party
CQ SA SSB

In the queue for next week are:
WAG
JARTS WW RTTY
NY QSO Party
IA QSO Party
IL QSO Party

If there are more you want added to the scoreboard I need to know which
weekend and the Cabrillo identifier for the contest.

Note that in N1MM Logger you must have version 10.9.7 or later for the QSO
party scores to be posted properly.  If your score shows in the test page
under QSOPARTYNR then you must upgrade.
