There is a big difference between the operator somehow finding out 
himself that there is energy on some frequency & figuring out what that 
energy might be by himself, compared to being told somehow that there is 
energy on some frequency & any suggestion to him about what that energy 
might be...

It is absurd to have a competition based on something that folks clearly 
do not see the same.  This discussion is about subverting the rules as 
well as fleshing out where the line is so as to not cross it.  All 
depends upon your interpretation of what that competition is about.

The root problem is blatantly obvious.  The disease continues to go 
untreated.
