[CQ-Contest] Real time scores for SAC CW this weekend

The real time scoreboard is set up for the SAC CW contest this weekend.
Please post your scores if you are operating in the contest even if you are
only on part time or not interested in watching yourself, the more scores
the more interesting it is for those who are watching.  

The pages now have band breakdowns of qsos and mults.  The test page shows
both hf and vhf band breakdowns
