[CQ-Contest] Corrected Link for CTU

Last year the CTU in Friedrichshafen was in German and although I speak a
little German it's not enough to comfortably follow presentations.
Furthermore the CTU program in Dayton is much more extensive than the
program in Friedrichshafen.
I guess the different languages here in Europe is probably the biggest
problem as to why we don't have a large CTU program.
I just have to save the money to make the trip to Dayton.
Who knows, maybe there is a sponsor out there that could sponsor my trip?
