[CQ-Contest] Unauthorized Posts on DX Cluster are NOT KY1V

I signed up for another web spot group called 
DX MATCH.  You have to sign on.  I still see 
unauthorized spots/comments there.  Dx Summit
is much better.  

If a simple verification can be done that would be great.
