I guess your interpretation is correct as I remember DL3DXX telling me that 
I broke pauses rule once.
I did it again this time with my longest break being 5 hours, all the rest 
were about 3 for 17 hours total.

I preffer WPX relaxed rule of 1 hour off the station which fits majority of 
older population.

OM can't sleep much nor sit in the chair for a long .-)  Condx are improving 
so WAE DX was fun again.
