[CQ-Contest] - I have cheated

The speed limit on I-94 in North Dakota is 75 mph. There are probably
other places with that speed limit. The last time I was there I didn't
even know what the speed limit was until I was in the state for an
hour - and THEN I saw the 75 mph sign.
