[CQ-Contest] Cabrillo File Questions for NA-Sprint

I need to know if there's an example Cabrillo file for the NA-Sprint?
There's an example for NAQP, but I find NIL (or NOP N)ot O)n P)age) in
the NCJ web page.

I operated with the call N1L
How do I indicate that N8XX was the operator and W8LRC was the station
location?
How do I indicate that I was on a team, or is that separate from the
cabrillo file (as I've been told is the case with the NAQP)?

It was fun operating QRP with the unusual call N1L. Several folks
almost insisted that I was NN1L, N1LE, or other variation. I trust I
got through to them when I duplicated N1L before sending the contest
info followed by duplicates of N1L after all the info had been sent.
The way I figure, if folks can't copy computer sent CW @ about 25 WPM,
they shouldn't be in such a contest, unusual call or not.

Thanks to all who dug down and copied the pipsqueak 5 Watts. And,
Thanks to the Lowell (MI) ARC for lending their clubhouse @ W8LRC with a
40 thru 10 metre beam @ 110' which allowed contacts with the west coast
@ 0030 on 40 metres.
