How about this RBN report of 86 db SNR, with 100 watts
and an Inverted L!!!!

N4ZR pointed out that that could have been a much
stronger signal in the 50Hz bandwidth the skimmer
listens to, but it reinforces the potential inaccuracy
of RBN SNR.  Ain't no way I was that strong!!
