[CQ-Contest] Log question

I have been haveing some software/hardware problems during the wpx rtty
contest which requires me to send the exchange manually.  A couple of times
I misread what I needed to send for QSO number and sent a duplicate QSO.  If
I manually change the cabrillo log to what was actually sent will that be no
harm no foul?
