[CQ-Contest] RDXC updated FAQ - Remote operation

I can envision renting the PJ2T remote contest station, not having to 
drag a bunch of gear to a dx location and operate from my desk and 
saving the cost of airfare.  Ok I won't get great warm vacation each and 
every time but........
