[CQ-Contest] Suggestion for NAQP

According to Wikipedia at least, North America includes Mexico - North
America extends from Greenland to Panama:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/North_america

Central America includes everything south of Mexico to Panama, but not
Mexico:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Central_america

So, if you believe Wikipedia, Central America is part of North America.
So is Mexico, Greenland, Panama, etc.
